This manual will guide you step by step through the installation and configuration of the Holnix plugin on your WordPress site.
This process is simple and does not require advanced technical knowledge. Below, we explain each step in detail:
For the plugin to function properly, we recommend setting the following memory limits in WordPress:
- Minimum requirement: 128M

Download the plugin file
- Get the download link: You’ll find a download link for the Holnix plugin in your email. Click the link.
- Descarga el archivo ZIP: Al hacer clic en el enlace, se descargará automáticamente un archivo comprimido en formato “.zip” en tu computadora. No necesitas descomprimirlo; mantén el archivo tal y como está para la instalación en WordPress.
Upload the plugin to your WordPress site
- Access your WordPress site: Log in to your WordPress admin page using your browser. This is usually done using the URL “tusitio.com/wp-admin”.
- Go to the Plugins section: In the menu on the left, find and select the Plugins option. Then, click Add New.
- Upload the plugin file: At the top of the page, you’ll see a button that says “Upload Plugin.” Click it.
- Install the plugin: Once you’ve selected the file, click “Install Now.” WordPress will upload and unzip the file.
Activate the plugin
Once the upload is complete, WordPress will display a message confirming that the installation was successful and will give you the option to “Activate Plugin.”
Click that button to activate Holnix on your site.
Configure the plugin
- Accessing Holnix: Once the plugin is activated, a new option called Holnix will appear in the left-hand menu. Click on it to access the plugin’s settings.
- Enter the API Key: When you log in for the first time, Holnix will ask you for an API key. Enter the key provided in the email you received along with the plugin, and click Save.

For each field, you’ll see an option called “Update this field” in the update process.
Check this option if you want the value of this field to be updated automatically when products are updated.
For example, if you prefer that the product price remain unchanged even if there is an update, uncheck this option.
Save Settings
