Holnix offers pricing model nased on the number of active ISBNs your manage on the plataform. The larger your catalog, the larger the plan will be, but always adapted to your real volume. This way you make sure you only pay for what you need, with the posibility of scaling as your catalog grows.

Yeah. If your catalog grows. you can upgrade to a higher plan at any time, without any interuptions in service. The discount for annual or biannual commitment, if you have it, it remains applied to the new plan. To downgrade from the plan , you must wait for the contract renewal if you have an annual or biannual commiment. In monthly contracts, you can downgrade at any time.

Your plan price includes all metadata management and synchronization with no hidden charges. The only additional fee possible is the overage ISBN charge: if you exceed your plan limit, we bill you only the additional ISBNs according to the rate corresponding to your plan, without surprises. We automatically notify you when you reach 90% of your limit so you can decide if you prefer to keep the current plan with an overage charge or upgrade to the next plan. In the future we may add optional advanced features (such as performance metrics or additional tools) that will be available as add-ons, ensuring that you only pay for the services you really need.

No problem: you pay the price of the contracted plan regardless of how many ISBNs you have active below the limit. If your catalog is steadily reduced, you can downgrade to a lower plan at the next renewal of your contract.

For specific growth, you do not need to change your plan: we simply invoice the excess ISBNs according to your plan rate during the months in which the excess occurs. If growth becomes sustained, we will recommend you upgrade your plan so that you can take advantage of a better price per ISBN.

Every month we calculate the maximum number of active ISBNs that you have had on the platform during that month. If that maximum exceeds your plan limit, any excess ISBNs are billed at your plan rate on your next invoice. Archived or deleted ISBNs do not count.

The monthly contract offers you maximum flexibility: you can cancel or change your plan at any time, but at the standard rate. Annual (12 months) and bi-annual (24 months) contracts offer discounts of up to 22% and 35% respectively. Payment remains monthly, with no initial disbursements. During the commitment period you can upgrade the plan at any time, keeping the discount applied.

We accept payments by credit and debit card, as well as other secure online payment options. For annual and bi-annual contracts we also offer the possibility of managing payments by ACH bank transfer upon request, maintaining monthly billing.

Your contract is automatically renewed for the same period, maintaining the agreed conditions. If you want to modify the plan, change the modality or cancel, you can notify 30 days in advance before the end of the contract.
