Artificial Intelligence Disclosure

1. Purpose
This Disclosure explains how Holnix, Inc. (“Holnix”) uses artificial intelligence (“AI”) within the Holnix platform (the “Service”). It is provided in the interest of transparency, including under Article 50 of the EU Artificial Intelligence Act, and complements our Privacy Policy.
2. Where we use AI
The Service offers AI-assisted features, which currently include:
- an interactive chatbot;
- generation of book descriptions;
- generation of social-media copy; and
- generation of newsletter content.
3. Interacting with our chatbot
When you interact with our chatbot, you are communicating with an AI system, not with a human. The chatbot may not always be accurate and is not a substitute for professional advice or for contacting Holnix directly.
4. AI-generated content
Content produced by our AI features is generated automatically and may be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable for your purposes. You are responsible for reviewing and editing any AI-generated content before you rely on it, publish it or distribute it. Where you publish AI-generated content, you are responsible for any labelling of that content that applicable law may require.
5. How our AI works
Our AI features are powered by third-party AI providers (currently OpenAI, Anthropic, Google and Microsoft), which we access through their enterprise and API channels. Under the commercial terms that apply to those channels, these providers do not use the data we submit to train their models. Text you submit to an AI feature, including anything you type into the chatbot, may be transmitted to these providers to generate a response, as described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Human oversight and your choices
AI features are provided to assist you, not to make decisions on your behalf. You remain in control of whether and how you use AI-generated output. Our AI features do not make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you.
7. Your content and AI training
Holnix does not use the content you upload to train generative AI models for the benefit of third parties without your consent.
8. Changes
We may update this Disclosure as our AI features evolve or as legal requirements change. The “Last updated” date shows when it was last revised.
